Thank you for shopping with Lorena Artwork. Below you can find the terms that apply to shipping.

1. Order processing

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.

2. Shipping destinations and delivery estimates

We currently ship to Romania and Switzerland.

Estimated delivery usually takes 2–10 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination, carrier and customs procedures.

3. Tracking

When tracking is available, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information after the parcel has been handed to the carrier.

4. Customs and taxes for Switzerland

Orders delivered to Switzerland may be subject to import VAT, customs duties or carrier processing fees depending on the customs procedure. If these charges are not collected at checkout, they may be charged separately by the carrier or customs authorities.
